DESCRIPTION:Reimagine DART launched new routes with better weekend frequency in June. This means taking public transit to the Downtown Farmer’s Market is now much easier! Strong Des Moines is partnering with our friends at Momentum DSM to launch a series of learn-to-ride events for those who would like a convenient way to get downtown for the Farmers Market. \n\n\n\nJoin us for our third ride of the summer on August 1st along the E University Ave Corridor (Route 11/12). Ambassadors will be located at the following stops to provide assistance on how to plan\, track and hop on your trip to the market. \n\n\n\nPlease plan to arrive to one of the following stops prior to 9:00am and ambassadors will lead you on your journey to the market once the next bus comes. All stops are located on the northside of E University. \n\n\n\n\nE 17th & E University \n\n\n\nE 14th & E University Ave \n\n\n\nE 9th St & E University Ave\n\n\n\n\nWe will spend some time at the market and attendees are welcome to ride back together or on their own.
